Trojka iz Bloka in Milwaukee – Sports, Charity, and Community Spirit

On Sunday, August 23, the basketball courts in the courtyard of St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church in Milwaukee hosted another Trojka iz Bloka sports-humanitarian event, organized by Serbs for Serbs USA. This year’s tournament once again brought together basketball enthusiasts and supporters of charitable initiatives.

Thanks to the participation of competitors and the generosity of visitors and donors, a total of $2,845 was raised to support socially vulnerable families through Serbs for Serbs aid programs.

The three-point shooting contest featured over 30 competitors, while the 3×3 basketball tournament brought together 7 teams. Great energy, fair-play spirit, and beautiful weather contributed to a wonderful and uplifting atmosphere throughout the entire event.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended, supported, and helped make this year’s Milwaukee tournament both festive and successful. Once again, humanity, unity, and faith in helping those in need were at the center of this gathering.
